Give Up Self, Give Up Sin

Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. (Col 1:28) Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. (Matt 5:48) …It is finished…(John 19:30) There is a judgment coming The morality of humanity is fading Love has drifted …because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. (Matt 24:12) The 'church' has opened its doors to everything and anything We thank God for Jesus being in this earth Study the Bible Pray to God …what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? (Mark 8:37) Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. (Matt 5:17) There is a difference between 'physical churches' and denominations...and the Body of Christ We don’t ‘join’ the Body of Christ…we’re born into it And when He had called the people unto Him with His disciples also, He said unto them, Whosoever will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. (Mark 8:34) For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it. (Mark 8:35) If sin is in your life, you're not following Him...because He came to save us from sin You'll never be perfect until you die...a spiritual death through repentance For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? (Mark 8:36) Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? (Mark 8:37) Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of Me and of My words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when He cometh in the glory of His Father with the holy angels. (Mark 8:38) If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. (Luke 9:23) For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. (1 Cor 2:2) I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me… (Gal 2:20) Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? (2 Cor 6:14) …as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:9) …all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6) We must have a well made-up mind We have to give up our way, and take on the way of Christ We have to follow Christ, and do exactly what the Word says for us to do We all have to follow Jesus We must have a well made-up mind to do the will of God We give up self, we give up sin …Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you (Matt 5:44) A Christian’s savior is Jesus Christ (not kings and lords of this earth) …every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. (Matt 12:36) If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. (Job 14:14) Take my yoke upon you…and ye shall find rest unto your souls. (Matt 11:29) If we die in Christ we have eternal life Seek God for your soul
