Start Now, GOD First, Old-fashioned Love

Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in CHRIST JESUS (Col 1:28)

Be ye therefore perfect, even as your FATHER which is in heaven is perfect. (Matt 5:48)

I in them, and ThOU in ME, that they may be made perfect in one… (John 17:23)

HE ascended up on high…and gave gifts unto men…apostles…prophets…evangelists…pastors…teachers…for the perfecting of the saints…

…unto a perfect man, unto…the fulness of CHRIST…that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro…with every wind of doctrine

(Eph 4:8, 11-14)

…the GOD of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by CHRIST JESUS, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. (1 Peter 5:10)

Put GOD first in your teaching

…lay up these MY words in your heart and in your soul…teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house

A mindset

But without faith it is impossible to please HIM: for he that cometh to GOD must believe that HE is, and that HE is a rewarder of them that diligently seek HIM. (Heb 11:6)

For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore GOD is not ashamed to be called their GOD: for HE hath prepared for them a city. (Heb 11:14-16)

The real significance of life is GOD 

...and that HE sent HIS only begotten SON

...and the simplicity of love and life

...and loving one another

 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, that in Isaac shall thy seed be called: (Heb 11:17-18)

…looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is GOD. (Heb 11:10)

Start NOW

to build another life

get another set of values

look for those things that are spiritual

And I heard a voice from heaven saying…blessed are the dead which die in the LORD from henceforth…and their works do follow them. (Rev 14:13)

Get a new mindset

Be about your FATHER's business
